Phillip Wentzel Custom Homes wasn’t founded yesterday, it’s built on four generations of family-owned, innovative design and construction businesses. We’ve been building for 115 years, from stunning wraparound porches built on existing homes in 1910 by our namesake Phillip Wentzel, to designing, branding, and building branches and operations centers. Our custom residential home company, Phillip Wentzel Custom Homes, continues the legacy of quality and creativity, delivering exquisite new homes, renovations, and additions to the most discerning individuals and families.
